Refund Policy – payments are made for purchasing product and delivery drivers. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that a request for a recall of funds is made for whatever reasons it will be up to Kushly’s discretion to award a refund. However, no refund for a completed order will ever be provided. Should any non-fraud related chargeback or stop payment be attempted (for reasons such as service not provided, customer changes mind, etc.) by the customer, customer agrees to pay the damages (including direct as well as consequential damages) caused by the chargeback and/or stop payment in the amount equal to the charge or check in question, plus a minimum 10% fee.

Payment Delays – If payment is not made during a scheduled review/payment date, all work on the project will cease and late penalties can be applied until payment is received (Up to 3% after 10 days of non-payment).
